Who We Are at Kendall Youth Employment

 Participants who are enrolled in the program and who have limited or no prior work experience have an opportunity to participate in a Paid Work Experience at local businesses.

Paid Work Experiences typically are 4 to 12 weeks in length but may extend longer depending on participants needs.  The Kendall Youth Employment Program subsidizes (pays) the participants wages during the Paid Work Experience. 

Participants who take part in a Paid Work Experience will benefit from valuable on the job training and learn job readiness skills.
